I Ruv Varentine's Day!

I know that my subject is totally not PC but I mean it in the best possible way.  We had all of our single lady friends over for Valentine's Day and the theme was (obviously) ASIAN!  Patrick made everything and the menu included:

Slow Roasted Pork with Bok Choy over Rice

Homemade Potstickers

Low Mein with Chicken

For dessert I dipped fortune cookies in chocolate and sprinkles and labored over (buying) an angel food cake.  It was awesome!

Rachel Johnson graciously let me have her wonderful pics she took.  You can't tell but the sticker in the top left of her place card had sushi and floating chopstix on it!
